Hi, I am Vidhi Malik

A certified
executive coach in London

I help professionals navigate leadership challenges, career transitions and identity shifts.

I also specialize in developing effective communication strategies and synergy within teams.

At Vidhi Malik Coaching, I offer high-impact coaching partnerships designed to create deep, lasting transformation in leadership, career and life.

Why work with me

I am deeply committed to investing in my craft of coaching. I continue to pursue rigorous training and advanced education, because my clients deserve nothing less than excellence. I take the title of a 'coach' seriously, and am cognizant of the trust my clients put in me. I strive to remain worthy of that title and trust each day.

Here is a little glimpse into what makes me qualified to support you through your own growth:

I hold coaching certifications from the Co-Active Training Institute and am completing my Executive Coaching certificate from Harvard University. My coaching is rooted in the International Coaching Federation (ICF) framework, and I am on the path to achieving my Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential.

Before coaching, I built a successful career as an engineering project manager, holding an MS in Engineering Management from the University of Southern California. I also have a Bachelors and Masters (MS) in Petroleum Engineering. I now bring that same strategic thinking and problem-solving lens to helping my clients lead with purpose, navigate complexity, and create meaningful change.

I blend Eastern insights with Western coaching frameworks, drawing from my experience of growing up in India and spending most of my adult life in the US and UK. This unique perspective allows me to coach with cultural sensitivity, emotional depth, and a results-driven approach.

For me, being a coach is not just about showing up for my clients in a session, but also about the work I do when no one is watching.

The hours I put into becoming someone worthy of a client's trust.

And that will always be my priority.

Tell me, what is it you plan to do
with your one wild and precious life?
-Mary Oliver
